Our passion for natural materials is reflected in our strong use of wood, rattan, cotton, wool, linen and leather, creating products to stand the test of time.
Wherever and whenever possible we use recycled and natural materials for both packaging and product ranges, as we try to be as thoughtful as possible to the environment. Our team strives to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, parcelled up and sent to you with our love.

Prices and payment?
All of our prices are quoted in pounds sterling. We accept all major debit/credit cards through our secure payment processing partners PayPal. A PayPal account is not necessary to make a purchase. No card details are held by us or by our website. Please note that we are unable to send out an order until payment has been received and cleared.
Do you provide International delivery?
If you live outside the UK or would like to place an order for delivery outside the UK, please contact us via email with details and we will get back to you with a shipping cost.
Postage and packaging charges?
Our current postage and packaging charges to UK Mainland are £5.00 per order.
How can I cancel my order?
An order cancellation may be made at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that most orders are usually processed within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please notify us via email should you wish to cancel your order, quoting your reference number, name and address.
When you make a purchase we need to collect certain information to enable us to fulfil your order. We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute this information to any third parties for any purpose.
What are your delivery options?
Orders are normally dispatched within two to three working days of the order being placed. For large orders, a delivery courier may be used, some deliveries may therefore require a signature upon arrival. In the event of you being unavailable to receive your order, a card will be put through your door with instructions of what to do next. Please be aware that the Royal Mail will only hold undelivered items for 7 days before returning them to us. The same applies to some couriers. Proof of postage will be retained for each dispatch.
Non delivered goods?
We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if a re-delivery was not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the Royal Mail or courier. We reserve the right to ask you to wait 14 working days before we re-dispatch the order to you. We cannot be held responsible for problems incurred by inaccurate delivery information being supplied.
What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s), you may return it to The New England Shop within seven days of your original purchase date and we will provide a full refund (less the £5.00 delivery charge). All goods must be returned in the same excellent condition as sent out and must include all original packaging. You will be required to pay for the return postage and packaging unless the goods are deemed faulty. You must inform us of your wish to return an item before doing so. Once we have received your returned item(s) you will be given a refund via the payment method of your original purchase.
The New England Shop reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
